Hi, I’m Richard, a Mortgage Advisor with more than a decade of experience helping people make confident financial decisions through homeownership and real estate.
Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and I believe you should understand exactly what you’re getting into. My role is to simplify the process, explain your options clearly, and help you choose a mortgage strategy that fits both your immediate needs and long-term goals.
Every client I work with receives a Total Cost Analysis, so we can compare loan options side by side and see the real financial impact of each choice—not just the interest rate. I want every decision we make together to be grounded in real numbers, not guesswork.
My perspective on mortgage lending was shaped before I ever became a Mortgage Advisor. I watched the 2008–2009 housing crisis unfold and saw what happened when people were put into loans they didn’t fully understand or that simply weren’t right for them. It left a lasting impression on me and ultimately influenced the kind of advisor I wanted to become.
For more than a decade, I’ve carried that lesson with me: a mortgage should never be about simply getting someone approved and moving on to the next transaction. It should start with understanding the person, their goals, and the bigger financial picture.
That experience is why I put such an emphasis on education, transparency, and responsible lending today. I want my clients to know not only what I recommend, but why I recommend it—and to feel completely comfortable asking questions along the way.
My mission is to help families make financial decisions that create stability, opportunity, and peace of mind—not stress. Whether you’re buying your first home, moving up, refinancing, or using real estate to build long-term wealth, my job is to help you see the full picture and choose a strategy that makes sense for you.
My guiding principle is “Seek first to understand, then to be understood.” I bring that mindset to every relationship. I listen first, communicate clearly, and aim to be the person my clients and partners can call long after the closing table.
