I know firsthand how stressful this process can be. When I tried buying my first house, all I wanted was information, connection, and commitment to the success of my loan. What I received? Crickets… and eventually a worn-out sense of disappointment in my loan officer.

Buying a home should not be a stressful process, and my experience set me on a path to change that. Unlike a click-of-a-button process, I believe in providing engaging and personalized services for every aspiring homeowner, and solving problems alongside my clients every step of the way. The driving force for me in this business is making the process of securing a family’s home easy and enjoyable.

Since my earliest memories of competitive gymnastics, growing up in a military family, and becoming a mom, I draw energy from people-driven challenges, solved through determination and a keen attention to detail.

The resilience I have used for decades to build my business into the Top 1% of my industry is the same resilience I invest in my clients, as we work together to secure them a new home. I believe in the parallel power of hard work and a caring spirit to set my clients up for success - leaving them better off than where they began.

Based in Arlington, VA, I spend my weekends gardening, reading, exercising, and learning about Virginia history. I also love challenging jigsaw puzzles. My team serves clients in VA, DC, MD, NC, FL, and WV..

I’ve been a mortgage loan advisor the last seven years and I believe in taking the necessary time to thoroughly educate our customers on the mortgage financing options available to them. Our Total Cost Analysis software will help you to determine which loan option will be best for you and your family, and I will be there to explain how the numbers fit together and to assist you in making the best decision.

After a ratified sales contract is received and you, Leslie and Richard determine your mortgage strategy, I will be actively involved in keeping all parties informed of the loan progress throughout the transaction. I am the liaison between the Processing, Underwriting, and Closing Teams. I have many years of experience in managing loans through each step of the process, and I focus my time on communicating directly with you and your real estate agent to ensure a smooth and on-time closing. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, playing golf, and rooting for DC sports teams.

My role involves reviewing loan applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy, and I work to identify any additional information needed for loan preapproval. Our team prides itself on being thorough in these early stages to facilitate a smooth and efficient process. With a background in the mortgage industry since 2012, I’ve worn many hats, from client services to sales and originating. What I enjoy most about my role is guiding individuals and families through their journey to homeownership. Outside of work, I love spending time with my daughter, Maggie, painting, and cheering on VCU basketball—Go Rams!
