I’m based in the DC metro area and love working with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, and anyone who values thoughtful guidance and exceptional service.

Since my earliest memories of competitive gymnastics, growing up in a military family, and becoming a mom, I draw energy from people-driven challenges, solved through determination and a keen attention to detail.

The resilience I have used for decades to build my business into the Top 1% of my industry is the same resilience I invest in my clients, as we work together to secure them a new home. I believe in the parallel power of hard work and a caring spirit to set my clients up for success - leaving them better off than where they began.

Based in Arlington, VA, I spend my weekends gardening, reading, exercising, and learning about Virginia history. I also love challenging jigsaw puzzles. My team serves clients in VA, DC, MD, NC, FL, and WV..

As a Mortgage Advisor with over nine years of experience, I’m passionate about helping families build long-term wealth through real estate. I believe every homebuyer deserves to understand their mortgage options thoroughly, and I take the time to educate my clients so they feel confident in their decisions.

My role on The Wish Team is focused on listening first—understanding your personal and financial goals is key to recommending the right mortgage solutions. Whether you're buying your first home or refinancing to optimize your equity, I’ll walk you through the numbers and strategies using our Total Cost Analysis (TCA) software. This allows us to compare loan options side-by-side, helping you choose the scenario that best supports your financial future.

My approach is rooted in experience and shaped by perspective. Living through the 2008–2009 mortgage crisis taught me that a home can be either your greatest asset or your greatest liability. That lesson drives my commitment to responsible lending, clear communication, and transparency at every step.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my large extended family and friends, playing guitar, and producing music in my home studio. I also love to cook—my chicken tortilla soup has a bit of a fan following! Life with my two energetic dogs, Huxley and Rio, keeps me on my toes.

My guiding principle? “Seek first to understand, then to be understood.” It’s how I approach every client relationship—with empathy, clarity, and the goal of helping you make smart, confident decisions on the path to homeownership.

As the Production Manager for The Wish Team, I’m proud to support Leslie and Richard in delivering an exceptional homebuying experience from start to finish. My role centers on ensuring each loan file is accurate, complete, and on track for a smooth closing. I review loan applications and supporting documents, work closely with our Processing and Closing Departments to monitor timelines, and coordinate with title companies to finalize the funds needed for settlement.

With a background in the mortgage industry since 2012, I’ve held a variety of roles—from Loan Officer Assistant to Processor and Underwriter. This diverse experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the loan process and the ability to identify and resolve potential issues early on. My previous underwriting experience is especially valuable in setting each file up for success before it ever reaches Fairway’s Underwriting Team.

What I enjoy most about my role is guiding clients through what can often feel like an overwhelming process. Whether it’s a first home purchase or a refinance, I strive to provide clarity, confidence, and excellent communication every step of the way—making sure buyers and our realtor partners always feel supported.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me curled up with a good book, lifting weights, or enjoying long walks with my dog, Moo.
