Loan Application Instructions

When you are ready to proceed, here is what you will need to do.

STEP 1 – Complete the Loan Application

• Go to the application site: www.lesliewishmortgage.com
• Click “Apply Now”
• Complete the information for all borrowers on the loan, submit the form and upload requested documents (Note: if you receive an error that a document is “blurry” please continue uploading the document as this error message is a glitch in the system)

STEP 2 – Once we receive your information, we will pull your credit report to complete the initial pre-approval and be on the lookout for an introduction phone call from Nathan Strange, our Client Service Associate. His number is 260-377-9633.

****IF YOU HAVE FROZEN YOUR CREDIT WITH THE CREDIT BUREAUS PLEASE REMOVE THE FREEZES BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION.****

STEP 3 – Within 1-2 business days look for an email from my team with your preapproval confirmation and a breakdown of the numbers for the recommended financing scenarios.
