While you may see my name on the emails or hear my voice on the phone, every client experience is truly a team effort.
Behind every application, every answered question, every solved problem, and every successful closing are two remarkable people who care deeply about the families we serve.
I’ve always believed that buying a home should feel less like a transaction and more like working with people who genuinely have your best interests at heart. That kind of experience doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because everyone on our team shares the same commitment to treating clients the way we’d want our own family to be treated.

Meet Richard Fiegel
Loan Officer
Richard has an incredible ability to take complicated financial situations and make them understandable.
He’s analytical by nature, endlessly curious, and genuinely enjoys solving the kinds of financing challenges that most people would rather avoid. More importantly, he never loses sight of the person behind the paperwork.
Richard’s perspective was shaped by living through the mortgage crisis of 2008. Seeing firsthand how lending decisions could positively – or negatively – impact a family’s future reinforced his belief that every client deserves honest guidance, thoughtful advice, and a loan that’s truly in their best interest.
His attention to detail and calm approach help ensure our clients feel informed and confident throughout the process.

Production Manager
I’ve had the privilege of working with Ashley since 2012, and over the years she’s become someone our clients – and our entire team – count on every single day.
She’s the calm voice during busy moments, the organized mind behind countless moving parts, and someone who has a remarkable ability to make even the most complicated process feel manageable.
Before joining Fairway, Ashley taught English at a French high school, an experience that gave her an even greater appreciation for helping people navigate unfamiliar situations with patience and confidence.
And this year has brought an especially wonderful new chapter for Ashley and her partner, Ramsey, as they’ve welcomed their first child, a precious baby boy named Romeo! We couldn’t be happier for their growing family.
