I’m incredibly fortunate to work with a small, mighty team that makes our mission possible. They bring their full selves to the table every day, and today I want to introduce them to you— because they’re the reason this work feels so personal, and so powerful.
Let’s start with the two people I’m proud to call teammates and friends.
Richard Fiegel – Loan Partner
From producing music to producing mortgage solutions, Richard brings a unique blend of creativity and financial expertise to our team. His approach is anything but one-size-fits-all—he thrives on solving complex challenges with clarity and care.
Richard’s perspective is shaped by the 2008 mortgage crisis, a time that taught him just how much impact a loan can have—positively or negatively—on a family’s future. That experience fuels his commitment to responsible lending and deep client education.
What makes Richard special isn’t just his knowledge (which runs extremely deep). It’s his belief that every borrower deserves to feel understood, empowered, and in control of their journey.
He’s also an electric guitar enthusiast, a home chef (ask him about his chicken tortilla soup), and someone who shows up with heart—every single time.

Ashley Orsini – Production Manager
Ashley is the kind of person who brings light, logic, and loyalty into everything she touches. I’ve known her since 2012 and her commitment to excellence has never wavered.
After teaching English in a French high school, Ashley returned with a global perspective—and a passion for helping people navigate stressful processes with empathy and ease. Her ability to turn complexity into confidence is exactly what makes her such an asset to our clients.
She’s also a fierce advocate for modernizing the industry. Ashley believes our systems need to better reflect the way people live and work today—more freelance income, less W2 rigidity. More human understanding, less outdated forms.
Outside of work? She’s an avid weightlifter, a devoted granddaughter, and a fantasy book lover with 61 novels so far in 2025 and counting!
